I’m a Producer with the Shane Modrow Agency, specializing in home, auto, and business insurance. I enjoy helping clients find the right coverage to protect what matters most—whether that’s their family home, their vehicles, or their livelihood. Building relationships and making insurance feel simple and approachable is one of my favorite parts of the job. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and working on projects that keep me learning and growing.

I’m the Office Manager at the agency. I’ve been with the agency for several years and enjoy keeping our office running smoothly while supporting both our team and our clients. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, and tackling hands‑on projects that let me put my problem‑solving skills to use.

Hello there! I’m a licensed insurance producer with the Modrow Agency. My specialty encompasses home, auto, business and life insurance. I strive to be a relational and intentional guide to insurance for folks; helping where I can and listening when I should. One of my favorite parts of the job is meeting people, getting to know the things that matter most in their lives and aiding them in protecting their valued interests. When I'm not in the office, I am usually found spending time with my loving wife: Kayleigh & our darling daughter, Eileen. I enjoy BWCA trips, comics/conventions, athletics such as tennis, table tennis, & pickle ball, and of course growing my Catholic Faith. I hope our paths cross soon!
Shane Modrow Agency Owner
With 16 years in the industry. Our team specializes in auto, home, business, and life, helping Families and business owners in MN & WI save time reviewing their coverages and, in many cases, saving them a substantial amount of money in the process.
Shane's notable accomplishments include being on the President's Council, which is the top 1% of Farmers agencies across the country, for consecutive years.
On a personal note, Shane lives in Greenfield with his wife Kristine and 4 Children, along with their dog Winnie, a yellow lab, and a black cat named Astro. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, watching his kids play sports, and being part of the Rockford Lions Club.

I’ve been with the agency for two and a half years, and I truly enjoy helping customers find clarity and confidence when they have questions about their policies. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me creating stained‑glass art or flipping furniture—two hobbies that let me express my creativity.

Customer Retention Specialist
My primary role here at the agency is as the policy review specialist. I have been with Farmers Insurance for 10 years, with the last 2 years being here at the Modrow agency. What I enjoy the most in my role here is working with clients to make sure they have the correct coverage’s for their needs, while also seeing if there is any way to possibly lower their premiums. When not working, you will most likely find me out on a lake fishing.
Kristine Modrow
Producer, Commercial Specialist
I’m the Commercial Specialist at the agency. I’m passionate about helping business owners protect the companies they’ve worked so hard to build, and I love being a resource clients can count on for clarity and support. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me traveling from sporting event to sporting event, cheering on my four kids as they do what they love. I’m happiest outdoors in the sunshine and love spending quality time with friends and family whenever I can.
